While studying Nursing at UNLV, she found her calling in radio, interning at 88.1 FM KCEP and later becoming an on-air personality and producer at XRadio.Biz. Her DJ career flourished from there, leading her to perform at top nightclubs, festivals, and major radio stations worldwide, including SiriusXM, Dash Radio, and multiple Las Vegas stations. Kelly J has worked with brands like

 joining the ranks of the most prestigious DJs and personalities worldwide. In 2021, she returned to UNLV as a DJ Workshop Instructor, mentoring the next generation of DJs. In 2024, she co authored the Amazon best selling book, “Bars & Beats: Ladies of the Night” with colleagues NotaboiDJ and Angie T, sharing collective and individual experiences of working in a male - dominated industry. 
  Beyond music, Kelly J leaves a lasting impact on both clients and her community, actively engaging in philanthropic efforts throughout Las Vegas and nationwide, as a National Chair Member for Girls Who Brunch Tour.
